The Bible

This cake was an 11 x 15 sheet cake. it was hand carved and decorated with buttercream icing and custom printed edible image of two pages scanned from the bible. As you can see we can put any image to your liking on any cake. The folks at this party didn't want

to cut it they just wanted to look at it. The cake to the right was a nativity scene for the same party. The same technique as the Bible cake was used.

Music night

This was a request for a string recital at the local elementary school. They wanted to reward the kids with something special so we decided to carve one cake into a violin and the other cake to look like the book the kids studied from. Both cakes were a classic white cake.the Violin was covered in buttercream. The chin rest and fret board were rolled fondant and the tuning knobs were fashioned from modeling chocolate. The book again was buttercrem with more of the printable and edible icing.

Our Grounghog

He is yellow cake, hand carved for a Groundhog Day birthday celebration. He hs whipped chocolate icing and was airbrushed to accent the color of his fur. We used a picture of an actual grounghog as the model for this cute little character. His apple was hand made from fondant, then "painted to look like the apple in our photo. We can make him as large or small as you want. This one is 12" tall and 10" wide and will serve about 20 people. his teeth, eyes, nose, mouth, and ears were fashioned from rolloed buttercream icing. He looks and tastes great.

Birthday Heart

This was the most special cake we did! It was for a very special lady in our area. It was her favorite, yellow cake with whipped chocolate icing. The cake is so special to us becaues her husband, stationed out of the country with the Army, called using his valuable long distance minutes to order the cake for her. He wanted to show from far away how much he cared for her. With all that in mind, we dropped everything and did this cake on the highest priority. It was worth it just to see the look on her face.

People Cake

As we said, we do all sorts of cakes for all sorts of people. This one was for a special birthday. It was yellow cake with rolled buttercream icing. it was hand carved. She can be decorated in any version you want. They are all hand carved and colored. We can add tattoos or other embelishments. She also has a "boyfriend cake that can be done in the same manner. They are available in a variety of flavors and skin tones to suit your needs. We box these in a solid top box to hide your surprise until the big moment. She, and her boyfriend, can be ordered for bachelor, or bachelorette parties as well. Heads and faces can be attached for that extra kick! We can use a photo to put the face of that special someone on the cake in an edible image!!

                                                          Fire Truck

This cake was made for the local Fire Station. We just wanted to say thanks for their hard work! It was chocolate with fondant icing. The cakes were hand carved and fashioned after the station and one of the trucks there. As an added touch I designed a way to put FLASHING lights on the cake. You can't see them in this picture, but they did flash, running off of a small battery hidden behind the truck. The guys were sure grateful and amazed when it was delivered.

Lightening McQueen

This my version of a hand carved Lightneing McQueen. The little boy that requested it, could not take his eyes off of it through the entire birthday party. It was a white cake covered in a light whipped decorator icing. All of the detail was hand done and not with a kit or stencils.

21st Birthday
This is a white cake covered in vanilla buttercream and trimmed in the "Birthday Lady's" favorite color. She turned 21 and her Hubby wanted to celebrate that point. So we started with a pulled sugar bottle of Hennessy Congac, then took two actual martini glasses and monogrammed them with "21 AND LEGAL". We then took baby and adult pictures of her and put them on the cake. As always, everything is edible except the glasses.

Tropical Birthday
This lady was celebrating her birthday. She is from Panama so we decided to put her on the Tropical beach. The cake is marble with rolled buttercream icing. The Palm leaves were airbrushed over a green tinted icing. She was a lovely "chocolate brown" lady and wanted the cake to match. Her party had palm trees and a palm tree pinata!
